Terms Conditions
– Blue Oceans General Trading Ltd. Does not own the machine/equipment however, it acts as mediator/broker, gather available machine for sale on different auctions, Blue Oceans registered in multiple auctions and bids on behalf of its customer.
– The item/Machine or equipment is sold as is, customer is responsible to review machine status prior processing with their down payment.
– All machines for sale are used machines, and there might be repair required or un-operational component, machine can be broken-down at any moment during storage, sale or after sale, customer buying then item as is condition.
– Customer can cancel the purchase 72 prior the final sale date and time.
– After final sale no cancellation can be made to the purchased machine.
– No refund or replacement of item can be made after final sale date.
– If the machine price goes beyond than average targeted price, the pre-authorization amount will be refunded back to the customer.
– Buyer must submit full payment, including applicable taxes within 3 days to avoid late fees
– Item is subject to country, state, and city tax unless the machine will be transported from its location to another country.
– Tax may be removed only if Bonded Bill of Lading is provided.
– The machine must be removed within 7 days after receiving full payment to avoid storage charges.
– Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting/shipping the item.
– Late payment fee per day USD 250.
– Storage charges is USD 100 per day applied on the day 8 of issuing the invoice.
– If full payment not made within 3 days, no refund of deposited down payment or authorized payment will be made back to customer.
